Two 24 storeyed towers named - VERVIAN and VERONICA came into existence in year 2009 and started getting populated. However, other two towers named ASPEN and ANGELICA are still under construction in 2010, and full development is expected to be completed by 2014, if deadline projected by developer is to be believed.

One thing that is consistent with Mahindra Lifespaces is ' failure to live to its promise'.
ReplyDeletePossession of Vervian and Veronica was delayed by almost a year with no compensation paid to the residents for the same. However, any delay in payment of installment to Mahindra invites a hefty penalty!
Well, the current towers, Veronica and Aspen came into being one year after the promised date.
ReplyDeleteGood things take time they say, but in this case that is not quite true. they are still breaking and making them, and breaking them again. These buildings are being built in the same vein that Mumbai roads are built. Never to last - never to solve problems.
