Club House is not yet ready even though residents have been living in the complex since last one year. Mahinda Lifespaces management has promised that clubhouse will be ready by August 2010. Looking at the appended pictures as of today anybody can say that club house will not be ready by August 2010.
The project has been dogged with delays and the club house is following the same pattern. I will be very surprised if they manage to open the club by New Year.
ReplyDeleteClub house was promised along with possession (that itself was delayed by a year)! One year after the possession, club house shows no signs of reaching completion. However, the adjoining new towers somehow seem to speed up faster. Wonder why!
ReplyDeleteMy 4 year old daugther who was told that we are moving to a new house with club house and pool made an innocent comment if the waterbody (or waterkhadda) was actually the swimming pool..That makes me wonder if the swimming pool, yet to see the light of the day, will face a similar fate..
If Mahindra cannot give us a clubhouse, fine. Let them give us compensation so that we can enroll ourselves in private clubs.
