Waterbody or Waterkhadda? - Take your pick

Here are some pictures of water body on the podium level. This waterbody was operationalized in January 2010, and since then in what state it has been that can be seen from these picture. It has got lot of nuisance value particularly when it is being maintained like this. Such a large water body was never a part of original layout and was later changed to reflect blue coloured beautiful looking waterbody depicted in glossy brochures in order to con more and more number of buyers in this residential complex.
Which shade of blue is visible in these pictures?
This can be categorized as water khadda rather than a waterbody.
This reminds me of the pond which is used for giving bath to buffaloes and cows in tabelas (cowsheds).

Is there anybody with pet buffalo or a cow?
